Overview
One way WaitWell Payments may be configured is to require customers to pre-authorize a payment prior to joining a queue or booking an appointment to act as a sort of deposit. Staff may complete this payment before, during, or after the ticket has been served.
Complete Pre-Authorized Payment from the Ticket Window
Open the ticket you wish to complete authorization for. You may access the ticket from the Queue Page, Tickets Page, or Sales Page.
Select Ready for Capture
Select the Capture Payment button
