A guide for staff on how to use the My Time page

Overview

If your organization subscribes to WaitWell's Scheduling feature, the following details how staff may view their shifts, clock in and out, and submit time off requests.

Navigate to Account > My Time to see all staff scheduling information

View Notifications from Shift Manager

  1. Navigate to Notifications

  2. Notifications from your Manager or Admin will appear here

View Upcoming Shifts

  1. Navigate to Shifts

  2. Upcoming shifts will appear here

Request Time Off

  1. Navigate to Requests

  2. Select the Add Request button to open the New Request for Time Off window

  3. Enter the date range you wish to request off, then select Save

Clock In/Out

  1. Navigate to Clock In/Out

  2. Select Start Shift, Take Break, or End Shift
