How do I log a trip by hand?

Add a trip you forgot to track, with its distance worked out for you.

Here's how to log a trip by hand, if you forgot to track it as you drove.

Add a travel log

  1. On Home, tap Log travel, then Manually add travel log. Or go to Menu > Travel logs and tap +.

  2. Pick a Start address and End address from your address book, if you like. Walkies works out the driving distance and end time for you.

  3. Set the Start and End times.

  4. Enter the Distance, if it isn't filled in.

  5. Add Odometer start and Odometer end readings, if you keep them.

  6. Tap the ✓ to save. You'll see "Travel log added".

Good to know

  • The end time must be after the start, and the distance more than 0.

  • Set the start time before the end time: changing the start moves the end to match.

  • Admins can choose which Team member made the trip.

  • To change or delete a trip, tap it in Menu > Travel logs and choose View or Delete.
