Bulletins go to every client of your pet sitter. To reply, message them. See How do I message my pet sitter?
Links, phone numbers and addresses in a bulletin can be tapped.
If you've turned on notifications, you'll get New bulletin when one is posted.
If there are none, you'll see No bulletins.
