How do I update my pet's profile?

Change your pet's photo, vet, food, medical information or anything else.

Here's how to update your pet's profile in the Walkies Journal app, like their photo, their vet or what they eat.

Update a pet

  1. On Home, tap the settings button at the top right.

  2. Tap Pets.

  3. Tap your pet.

  4. Tap Edit.

  5. Change what you need.

  6. Tap the ✓ to save.

Your pet sitter sees the changes straight away.

Good to know

  • To change the photo, tap it and choose Take photo, From Library or From Files.

  • Answers to your pet sitter's questions about pets are at the bottom, under Additional information. Ones marked * are required.

  • If you leave without tapping the ✓, your changes aren't saved.
