How do I see my pet's album?

See every photo, video, walk and visit of your pet in one place, and download them all.

Your pet's album brings together the photos, videos, walks and visits from your pet sitter, all in one place. Here's how to open it and download everything in it.

Open your pet's album

  1. On Home, tap the settings button at the top right.

  2. Tap Pets.

  3. Tap your pet.

  4. Tap View album.

The album opens in a browser window in the app. If you're asked to, sign in with your Walkies Journal account, the same way you sign in to the app. Tap Done to go back.

What's in it

  • Your pet's photo and name under Pet album, with their birthday if it's on their profile.

  • Gallery: the photos and videos your pet sitter added on walks and visits. Tap one to see it full screen.

  • Activities: your pet's walks and visits, newest first, with totals like walks, visits, the distance walked, and pees and poops.

  • A walk or visit that's still going on shows up once it has ended.

  • On a group walk with pets from other families, only the photos and videos tagged with your pet are included.

Download everything

Tap Download all photos and videos at the top. On a phone, the button says Photos and videos. Everything downloads as one ZIP file named after your pet. If the album only has photos, or only videos, the button says so.

In a web browser

Sign in to Walkies Journal on the web and open Pets from your account. Open the menu on your pet's card and choose View album.

Who can see it

  • You, and a second owner if your pet sitter has added one, each signed in to your own account.

  • Your pet sitter and their team.

  • Nobody else. The album is private: anyone else who opens the link sees Album unavailable. To share one walk with family or friends, see How do I share a walk report?
