We're so sorry if you're reading this because your pet has passed away. Here's how to move them to the Rainbow Bridge in the Walkies Journal app, and find their memorial page.
Move a pet to the Rainbow Bridge
On Home, tap the settings button at the top right.
Tap Pets.
Tap your pet.
Tap Passed away.
Tap Goodbye.
They move to the Rainbow Bridge.
Their memorial page
In Settings, scroll down and tap Rainbow Bridge.
Tap your pet.
Tap View memorial page.
The memorial page shows their photo, their birthday and In loving memory, with the photos from their walks and visits under Gallery and their past walks under Activities. Tap Photos to save their photos.
Good to know
Pets at the Rainbow Bridge aren't added to bookings, and they're hidden from your pets list. Their details, walks and photos are kept.
Your pet sitter sees that they've passed away.
If you moved the wrong pet, tap them in Rainbow Bridge and choose Unarchive to bring them back.
