If you signed up for the Walkies Journal app with your email and can't remember your password, here's how to reset it.
Reset your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Email.
Tap Sign in.
Tap Forgotten password.
Check your email address and tap Reset.
Open the email we send you, and choose a new password.
Sign in with your new password.
Good to know
If you signed up with Apple or Google, there's no password: tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google instead.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, and that you typed the same email you signed up with.
You can't change your sign-in email in the app. The email in Your details is the one your pet sitter uses to contact you.
