Links, phone numbers and email addresses in messages are underlined, and you can tap them. This works in the messages you send and the ones your clients send you.
Tap to open
A link: opens the website in your browser, or in its app if you have it.
A phone number: offers to call it.
An email address: starts a new email to it in your email app.
Good to know
Website links work, like personalwalkies.com or a full address starting with https. Other kinds of links stay as plain text.
Tapping anywhere else on a message works as before. Copy copies the whole message, as it was typed.
Links in the text with a photo or video can be tapped too.
A message that's only a link shows as a preview card with the site's picture and title. See What are link previews in messages?
It works on older messages too, and on every Walkies plan.
Your client can tap links in the Walkies Journal app in the same way.
