Each conversation in Inbox shows who sent each message, and when, like Messages on iPhone.
Who sent it
Your messages: the first name of the person on your team who sent it. If your team has more than one person, it also shows the first letter of their surname, like "Sam S." for Sam Smith. If they have no name in Walkies, it's your business name.
Your client's messages: the first name of the owner who sent it. If both owners in the household are linked to the Walkies Journal app, it also shows the first letter of their surname, like "Alex P.", so you can tell them apart.
The name shows once, above the first of several messages in a row from the same person. It shows again when someone else writes, or after a date and time.
Some older messages show your business name, or the client's names, instead.
When it was sent
A date and time sits in the middle, above the first message of each day, and above any message sent an hour or more after the one before.
Today and yesterday show as "Today" or "Yesterday" and the time, like "Today 4:53 PM".
Earlier in the week shows the day, like "Monday 7:02 PM".
Older messages show the date, like "Sat, Oct 17 at 3:31 PM", with the year if it isn't this year.
Times follow your phone's 12-hour or 24-hour setting.
The last message
Under the last message in the conversation, you'll see when it was sent, like "Today 4:53 PM".
If it's yours, it also shows whether your client has seen it: Delivered, or Read once they've opened it, like "Read Today 4:53 PM".
Good to know
Your client sees the same names, dates and times in the Walkies Journal app.
It works on every Walkies plan.
