Welcome to the Inbox! The Inbox is designed to help you effortlessly manage all your client text messages in one convenient place. Whether you're keeping in touch with clients using the Marketing Suite, wanting to view Transactional Notification sms texts sent to clients, or sending important updates from the class roster, the Inbox has got you covered.

The Inbox includes all the text messages you've sent to your clients. This means you can find texts sent via Messages on the client profile, class and enrollment rosters, and even through appointments. Additionally, any Transactional Notification text messages you send will also be stored here.

Unread Messages

When unread messages are awaiting your attention, the Inbox section on the main navigation menu will display a blue icon.

Unread messages will be indicated by a blue icon in the Inbox list. Once you select a message to read, the icon will disappear, letting you know that you've read the message. Once a staff member reads an Inbox message, the message will appear as read and the unread symbol will be removed for all other staff.

If youโ€™d like the message to appear as unread for other staff when they log in, you can mark the message as unread:

  1. Select the three dots on the top right

  2. Select Mark as unread

Hide a Message

Hiding a message from a client is a breeze! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Find the client's photo or avatar in the chat.

  2. Click on it, and you'll see a blue check box appear.

  3. If there are multiple messages you want to hide, select them by clicking on each one.

  4. Finally, click on the trash icon, and the client's messages will be moved to a hidden area.

With this easy-to-use feature, you can keep your chat organized and focus on what's important. Messages are hidden across all staff logins.

How to Send a Message

Need to send a message to a client? No problem!

  1. Within the Inbox, select the "start a conversation" field

  2. Type the client's name and select the client you would like to send a message to.

  3. Once you've selected the client you want to message, simply hit enter, and voila! A message box will pop up with their name, photo, and Skillpower displayed at the top.

How to pin a message

We've added a fantastic feature that lets you pin messages right at the top of your Inbox. These pinned messages stay put across all staff logins.

Know when a message is delivered

We understand the importance of knowing when your messages are delivered and read. That's why we provide clear indications to keep you informed. You'll be able to see if your message has been successfully delivered and if it has been read by the recipient. The message will have two check marks under the message.

Identify who sent a message

You can identify which staff member sent the messages based on the logged-in account next to the timestamp. It's a handy feature to ensure smooth communication and keep track of who said what.
