Here are two examples of Journeys to encourage clients who are rapidly using up their pack allowances to upgrade to unlimited plans. We use the plans never owned condition to make sure we are not upselling to customers who already purchased the plans we are upselling.

👋 Hey 10 pack, let's save!

  • Description: This automation targets contacts who have completed 8 or more visits in the past 30 days using their 10-class pack and have never owned the specified plans.

  • Trigger: When a contact meets the criteria of completing 8 or more visits within 30 days using a 10-class pack and has never owned the specified plans.

  • Action: Sends a personalized message encouraging the contact to upgrade to an unlimited plan for better savings and convenience.

👋 Hey 20 pack, let's save!

  • Description: This automation targets contacts who have completed 12 or more visits in the past 45 days using their 20-class pack and have never owned the specified plans.

  • Trigger: When a contact meets the criteria of completing 12 or more visits within 45 days using a 20-class pack and has never owned an unlimited plan.

  • Action: Sends a personalized message urging the contact to upgrade to an unlimited plan, highlighting the benefits of unlimited access and potential savings.
