If you've tried the steps and still can't log in, we recommend resetting your password again. Afterward, make sure to update your stored password on all the devices you use to access Walla.

  1. Double-check that you're using the correct username or email address to log in.

  2. Make sure you're entering the new password exactly as you reset it, paying attention to capitalization and any special characters.

  3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

  4. If you're using a mobile app, try closing and reopening it before attempting to log in again.

  5. Make sure you update your password across all devices you use to log in to Walla.

If you change your password to log in to Walla but fail to update it across all your devices, your new password won't work on the device you originally used to log in. This applies whether you're using the website widgets, Walla App, or Branded App. Here's how to update stored passwords on iOS, Android, and popular web browsers:

On iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Scroll down and tap on "Passwords & Accounts."

  3. Tap on "Website & App Passwords."

  4. Authenticate using Touch ID, Face ID, or your device passcode.

  5. Find the app or website for which you want to update the password.

  7. Enter the new password and tap "Save" or "Update."

On Google Chrome (Desktop)

  1. Open Chrome and click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  2. Select "Passwords."

  3. Find the website or app for which you want to update the password.

  4. Click the three dots next to it and choose "Edit" or "Update Password."

  5. Enter the new password and click "Save" or "Update."

On Mozilla Firefox (Desktop)

  1. Open Firefox and click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.

  2. Select "Logins and Passwords."

  3. Find the website or app for which you want to update the password.

  4. Click on the entry and then click "Edit."
