Why can't I log in to my staff profile?

If you are having trouble accessing your Staff Profile on Walla, check with your studio manager to confirm that the email you are using is the one associated with your account. Once you have confirmed that you have the correct corresponding email, please follow the steps below to reset your password.

Reset Your Staff Login

  1. Visit manage.hellowalla.com/yourstudioname

  2. Select Log In to access your account details

  3. Choose the Forgot your password? link

  4. Enter the email address associated with your account

  5. Complete the resulting password reset sent to the email from step #4.

"You are not associated with any businesses" Message

If you are trying to log in and you see the message "You are not associated with any business", your staff permission level may be set to No Access. If a staff profile has the No Access permission level assign, upon login the staff member will see this message. If staff profiles are not assigned a Role, staff logins will not work. A logged in staff member must go to the staff profile, click Change Permissions, and check that a Role is assigned to profile.

Unlock Your Staff Login

The only way to unlock your account is by resetting your password. There is no other way to unlock a staff account. Note that when resetting your password, devices where previously stored/saved passwords are used for your Walla staff login must also be updated. If your staff login was reset and the staff new login is not working, then it is likely an outdated stored password or autofill is being used.
