Manage Your Video On Demand (VOD) Library

Easily upload and organize videos to your VOD library. Featuring high-quality virtual capabilities, create virtual-only memberships and add VOD to any plan!

Things to Know

  • Our current VOD Library maximum storage capacity is 60GB.

Add a Video

  1. In the main navigation of your software, choose Video on Demand and select + Add New Video

  2. Enter the name and select Upload Video (The max file size for each video is 5GB)

  3. Select Add Details and enter the display date, category, duration, instructor, and description for your video. Optional details to add include: difficulty, equipment needed, and playlist.

  4. Add a Cover Image. This is optional, but we suggest having a cover image to make your video more client-friendly! (The max image file size is 100mb and recommend 500px width)

  5. Update the sort order of your Widget by selecting Oldest to Newest, Newest to Oldest, or Custom on the Widget DisplayOrder dropdown to refresh your Widget

Hide Video On Widget: Once uploaded, choose the three dots on the bottom right of the video card and select Hide Video on Widget. This way you can upload a video and then make the video public facing later.

Edit Video Details

  1. Select the three dots on the card for the video you want to edit

  2. Select Edit

To see changes made after updating your library: Select your Login Icon on the top right, choose Business Settings, select Widget Settings, then select the green edit icon next to Video on Demand

Organize the Video on Demand Widget

  1. On the top right corner of the Video on Demand page select Widget Sort Order

  2. Select Newest to Oldest, Oldest to Newest, or Custom

How to custom sort videos

After selecting Custom from the Widget Sort Order drop down, select the = symbol on the video card and drag the card to organize your video library.

You must select Custom from the Widget Sort Order drop down first in order for the = symbol to appear.

Newest to Oldest: Videos are displayed starting from the most recent Display Date

Oldest to Newest: Videos are displayed starting from the earliest Display Date

Custom: Videos are displayed in a custom order

Card View and List View

Switch between Card View and List View to easily organize your videos!

(List View is a tool so you can easily organize your video library. Switching between the two views does not effect the view of the Video on Demand Widget)
