Create a New Plan and Intro Offer

Intro offers are value-based promotions that enable you to attract and retain new clients, allowing them to experience your studio, classes, and community.

Things to Know

  • Upload your waivers, policies, and contracts under Business Settings before adding new plans so you can quickly select them from the dropdown list.

  • With Plan Management, you can manage new and existing plans in a few easy steps.

How to Create New Plans

To add a new plan to your studio, select Plan Management from the main navigation menu and select the + Add New Plan button from the section page. This will allow you to complete Client Access Setup for plans and offers. On this page, you can choose from:

  • Intro Offers - offered to new clients

  • Unlimited & Limited - plans on auto-subscription/auto-pay

  • VOD Only Pass - access to VOD library only, but can be added to other plans

  • Credit Bundles - credit purchases to refill client credit bank

  • Comp Pass - free class pass used across all studio locations

How to Create Intro Offers

Walla’s Intro Offers enable you to define exactly what you want to offer new clients (with restrictions). To create a new Intro Offer, you will need to choose Intro Offers from the Client Access Setup and add information into the following sections:

Name, Description, Availability

  • Description

  • Type of classes covered (in-studio and livestream, in-studio only, livestream only)

  • When the plan starts and when the payment date is due

  • Sell online

Type, Price, Terms

  • Unlimited class bookings with expiration dates

  • Limited number of classes

Perks + Benefits

  • List of perks you want to add to this plan (ex: free mat rentals)

  • Video-on-demand included?

  • Guest passes included?

  • Policies & Contracts

Once you define all the details (also known as Payment Plan Details), you can select what classes and eligible studio location(s) clients can purchase and use your new Intro Offer at! You can also make an Intro Offer purchase directly from this screen.

Things to Know

  • There is a setting under Business Settings, Widget & App Settings, then Preferences that allows clients to choose a future start date when purchasing an Intro Offer on the widget. If this setting is on and a client chooses a future start date for their plan, it will show up as pending in the client's profile. Please note: depending on your Plan Settings, the client may or may not be charged for the plan until their selected start date.
