When Will You Be Charged?
With Usage-Based Packs , you'll be charged when you make a booking, not when you actually use the service.
What if You Don't Use All Your Passes?
If you don't use all your passes before the expiration date set for the passes, the plan will be canceled automatically.
In the example below, since the passes expire after two months, if a client purchases the plan on 2/16/2024 and has any unused sessions left by 4/16/2024, the plan will be canceled. However, if a client uses up their sessions prior to 4/16/2024, the plan will auto-refill and will charge the client.
