Report Features

Action Cards

The Action Cards are a great way to proactively reach out to clients before their plans expire or run out of visits. Select clients from the report to copy selected client email addresses. For recurring plans, this created date is the most recent payment date from the plan's current payment period. For non-recurring plans, this is the date the plan was created in the system. This typically is the same date at a plan's start date, unless a future start date was chosen or the plan starts on the client's first visit.

Expiring Plans

Select the expiring plan Action Card to view all plans that expire within the next 30 days. The 30 day expiration date is determined by the plan's start date for non-recurring plans. For recurring plans, the expiration date is determined by looking at the plan's last payment date.

Plans Low on Visits

Select the low on visits Action Card to automatically have the Action Card Tab display all plans that do not auto refill after usage and are low on visits. Plans with 2 or fewer sessions remaining will display here. If one or both of the sessions are booked, the client will still appear under this section of the report. Intro offers do not get counted under the Active Plans “running low” card.
