Add or Edit Stored Credit Cards

Occasionally your client may need to add, edit, or change the payment method they have on file. You can add a new payment method and edit an existing payment method under the client profile. The client can also do this on your website via their wallet on their profile or via the Walla App. This article covers how to update and add stored credit cards in general. Edit an Existing Credit Card

To edit a client's payment information, please follow these steps:

  1. In the main Overview tab of the Client Profile, scroll down to Payment Methods

  2. Click on the three dots next to the credit card you want to edit

  3. Here you can edit the name on the card, the expiration month, and the expiration year

  4. Once the updates are made, select Save

    If your client only has one card on file you will need to add a new card before you can delete the old card. If your client is doing this on their client profile through your website, they will follow the same steps by going to their wallet.

Add a New Card to a Client Profile

  1. In the main Overview tab of the Client Profile, scroll down to Payment Methods

  2. Click the + Add button

  3. Enter the card information and check if this should be the default card for payments

  4. Save
