How do I restore a pass after a late cancel?

If your late cancel policy includes the removal of a pass, you can still restore the pass and add the client back in to the class after the late cancel has taken place!

  1. Select Schedule and find the class

  2. Select the class name

  3. Choose the Late Cancel No-Show tab

  4. Select the three dots to the far right of the clients name

  5. Choose Edit Penalty

  6. Check Return the session, fee, or credits used to pay for the class and stop the monetary penalty if applicable

  7. Choose Save

  8. Select the In-Person or Livestream sign-in page

  9. Add the client back to the class
