How do I set up ClassPass?

Integration is set up through ClassPass by means of your Partner ID with your ClassPass representative. Your ClassPass representative will ask you for a parter ID. To find your Partner ID in Walla go to Business Settings, scroll down to Class Pass, and your Partner ID can be found on the ClassPass tile. Classes are already set up to sync over, so all you need to do is give your ClassPass representative your Partner ID. That's it!

Do I need to set up pricing options for ClassPass?

No, this is handled through ClassPass.

Does my studio No-Show/Late Cancel policy apply to ClassPass users?

No, ClassPass handles all Late Cancels and No Shows. ClassPass clients are also not charged through the studio for late fees.

I can’t click into the client’s profile when they come from ClassPass. Is something wrong?

ClassPass users are created in Walla as leads, and leads do not have profiles. For a ClassPass user to become a client, they would need to purchase a plan/membership directly at your studio. Alternatively, you can ask the lead to manually create a profile.

  • Update! February 2023: New ClassPass users will be converted to a full-fledge client account instead of a lead.

  • Previously, since they were leads, they would be eligible for intro offers however this is no longer the case.

  • Past ClassPass users will not be retroactively converted and are still considered leads unless converted.

If the ClassPass user is considered a lead, how can I have them sign a waiver for my studio?

From the Check-In page, select the three dots and click “Sign Waiver.” ClassPass bookings will have a New badge by their names on the class roster.

Is my studio waiver signable through ClassPass or Walla?

The studio waiver is signed through Walla.

A ClassPass client came in with a different email than they have on file. Ie: They have a Walla account with a different email address, what should I do?

If they have a Walla account with a different email, you can convert the ClassPass lead (all ClassPass reservations come through as leads) and then merge them together.

How are late cancel and no-show fees applied and collected?

Late cancel and no-show fees are not charged via Walla but are collected via ClassPass.

Can I refund or cancel a ClassPass booking?

Only clients can refund or cancel their bookings. Clients need to discuss refunds with ClassPass if they are requesting a refund.

Are appointments bookable via ClassPass?

Only classes are bookable via ClassPass.
