To prepare for your Walla Review call, you'll want to ensure all necessary plans are created in your Walla site so. If your studio has been open for many years or you have run specials and promotions in the past, you will need to create a plan in Walla to accommodate these prices if you wish for the clients to continue paying the same price.

Map Pricing from Your Previous Software to Pricing in Walla

For example, if the current cost of your studio’s monthly unlimited is $129 per month but in the past the selling cost was $99, and you wish for those client’s to continue paying $99 per month after migration, you must create a $99 plan in Walla.

When you create this plan, add a signifier word that is easy to identify this plan - for example: Legacy Rate or Grandfathered Rate

Plans that Offer Multiple Price Points

If you have one pricing plan with many different rates, some studios choose to create a tiered system for migration so client’s rates might rise but only by a few dollars and not a large jump but you can simplify your pricing. See a table below for an example!
