From the main navigation menu select Reports

Choose Plans

Select the Active Plans Report

Select a specific plan or plans from the Plan filter

Choose all statuses Active, Pending, Paused, Completed, Canceled

Export the report and import into Excel or Google Sheets

Record the total for columns Client In Person Check Ins and Livestream Check Ins

Choose Financials from the Reports menu

Choose Sales

Select Cash accounting basis

Select Plans under Category

Choose Category Item

Select a Plan or Plans

Set the date range to all time

Record total

Divide the total visits from the Active Plans report into the total revenue from the Sales report

This is the all time average revenue per visit for the selected plans
