Updated over a week ago

If you are trying to book a class using a guest pass and receive the message 'Not eligible to book [Name of Class]. Reason: This plan expires before this service takes place. Please choose a different payment method,', then you are attempting to use a guest pass issued during the current cycle to book a class that occurs outside of the current cycle. In order to use a guest pass, it must be given to you during the current cycle and can only be used to book a class happening in the current cycle.

To use a class guest pass:

  • It must be issued to you during the current cycle.

  • It can only be used to book a class happening in the current cycle.

Key Differences from Limited Recurring Plans

Unlike limited recurring plans where you can book ahead outside of the current cycle and have the pass deducted when your payment goes through, guest passes do not allow you to book a class in a future cycle using a guest pass from that same future cycle.

No Overrides

There is no way to override this restriction. The client must choose a different class to book that is within the current cycle.

Check Expected Functionality for Guest Pass:

  • Verify Pass Cycle: Make sure that the guest pass was issued during the current cycle. If it was issued during a previous cycle, it cannot be used to book a class in the current cycle.

  • Check Class Timing: Confirm that the class you are trying to book occurs within the current cycle. Do not attempt to use guest passes from future cycles to book classes in the current cycle.
