What are categories
Categories help organise your products into clear, structured groups. You can create main categories and sub categories, with three levels for each category hierarchy required.
Our onboarding team will set up the initial product categories for you, and you'll have full control to manage and update them afterwards.
How to add a new category
Select Categories in the left-hand side menu.
Locate and select the parent category where you’d like to add a new subcategory.
Click + Sub category and a pop-up box will appear.
Name the category and add the description. Then click Create.
A new category will show in the structure once it is done.
How to remove a category
Select Categories in the left-hand side bar.
Locate and select the category that you wish to remove.
⚠️Please note: You cannot remove a category that has subcategories or products assigned to it, please remove all category children before attempting to delete.
Click Delete and the category will be removed.
