What are categories?
You will need to create main categories and sub categories, with three levels for each category hierarchy. This allows you split products into sub categories so you can allocate them to the correct product hubs and nominal codes as required.
Our onboarding team will set up the initial product categories for you, and you'll have full control to manage and update them afterwards.
How to add a new category
Select Categories in the left-hand side bar.
Locate and select the parent category where you’d like to add a new subcategory.
Click + Sub category and a pop-up box will appear.
Name the category and add the description. Then click Create.
A new category will show in the structure once it is done.
Go to the new category and assign the right nominal code.
How to remove a category
Select Categories in the left-hand side bar.
Locate and select the category that you wish to remove.
⚠️Please note: You cannot remove a category that has subcategories assigned to it.
Click Delete and the category will be removed.
