Nominal Codes can be found under the Categories tab, the Product Information tab, and the Product Hub tab. To change an individual products nominal code, we can quickly navigate to the Product Hub tab, select the Product Hub containing the item, and adjust the product there.
How to adjust the nominal code for a single product
Ensure that you are in the management portal or navigate there by selecting the three dots beside your username and selecting Management.
Select the Products Hub tab on the left hand side.
Select the product hub that the product belongs to by clicking on the product hub name.
You will now be in the product hubs' Info tab. You can then navigate to the Products tab by clicking on it.
All products assigned to this Product Hub will be listed here. You can find the desired product by scrolling through the product list or by using search bar for a quicker selection.
Each product will display the supplier name, current nominal code it's attached to, and the category.
Click onto the nominal code box. This will display a drop down with all of your current nominal codes.
Select the desired nominal code and click select at the bottom right corner.
The product will now be saved under the new nominal code and will be categorised as such anytime it is purchased from this product hub. Please ensure that the new nominal code is visible to this product hub and everything will be good to go!
