Purchase Warrior will automatically try to stop a basket if it believes that it contains a duplicate order.
This happens most commonly when the following occurs:
A basket is created
A supplier is added to the basket for several products
The supplier is sent individually- rather than the basket as a whole
Later on another staff of the same user comes back and places more orders under the same supplier in that same basket and attempts to send it.
Because the system has detected that this basket has already sent this supplier, it will stop the basket from being sent. In order to mitigate this, please try to:
Keep open baskets as tidy as possible
Always ensure a fresh basket is being used when placing a new order
