If you can access the product hub when placing an order but cannot locate a specific product, there are six possible reasons this may occur, along with suggested steps to resolve each one:
1. The product code is incorrect
If you're searching for the product by its code, please ensure you use the correct product code; otherwise, the product won't appear in the results.
2. Selected the wrong product hub
Please make sure you've selected the correct product hub. Some products may only be listed under specific hubs, and choosing the wrong one can limit the results you're seeing.
3. The suppliers haven't been linked to this product hub
If the supplier hasn't been linked to the product hub, it is impossible for their products appear for purchase in that hub. To resolve this, please attach the supplier to the hub. πGood to know: If you don't have access to the Management Portal, someone with the correct permissions will need to do this for you.
4. The category isn't visible
Categories are used to manage and organise the products. When a category hasn't been included in the product hub, users cannot see the products assigned to it. 5. Suppliers forgot to upload this product
If you cannot see the product in the product hub as well as in Products in the Management Portal, then it is possible that the supplier has not uploaded the product to Warrior. In this case, please contact the supplier or your head office directly to let them know what is missing.
6. The site hasn't established a business relationship with the supplier
If the site hasn't established a business relationship with the supplier, you won't be able to view the products. Please reach out to the supplier for assistance.
