After folding, it’s time to pack the laundry neatly for return.
For standard hamprs:
Place the hampr on its side with the large zippered opening on top
Heavier items go on the bottom, lighter ones on top
Keep similar items grouped to make it easier for the member to unpack
For hanging items:
Use the member’s hangers as requested
Cover the hanging clothes with a clean, unscented 13-gallon kitchen bag to protect them during delivery
For kitchen bag orders:
Some orders may use unscented 13-gallon kitchen bags instead of hamprs
Always use a clean, new bag — never reuse bags from previous orders
Tie or close the bag securely before returning
Bags should be full but not bulging, stretching, or tearing

Follow the member’s drop-off instructions
Scan each bag or kitchen bag in the app to confirm delivery
