How do I handle overstuffed or unapproved bags?

Instructions for rejecting overstuffed or non-compliant bags, including required documentation.

If you encounter:

  • Overstuffed bags (bulging or spilling out)

  • Unapproved bags (open baskets, trash bags bigger than 13-gallon, etc.)

You may reject the order — but only after taking these steps:

  1. Take photos of the issue

  2. Contact Support before leaving the location

  3. Wait at least 10 minutes to give the member a chance to respond

If Support approves the rejection, you’ll receive the appropriate rejection fee.

⚠️ If you leave without photos, you won’t qualify for compensation. If you continue the order despite overstuffing, you must process it without guaranteed extra pay.
