If you encounter:
Overstuffed bags (bulging or spilling out) - Clothes bulging out of the sides or protruding from the top, even if the bag can technically be closed.
The bag is packed beyond reasonable capacity, such as compressing multiple loads into one bag.
Items like wet towels or bath rugs make the bag excessively heavy.
Properly packed hampers should leave some room, avoid compressing clothes, and use the inside pocket as a maximum fill line.
Unapproved bags (open baskets, trash bags bigger than 13-gallon, etc.)
You may reject the order â but only after taking the following steps:
Take photos of the issue, ensuring the hamper is upright with the top open.
Contact Support before marking the order as picked up
Wait at least 10 minutes to give the member a chance to respond
If Support approves the rejection, youâll receive the appropriate rejection fee.
Additionally, if you decide to proceed with the order, document the overstuffing with photos to ensure proper compensation. If items donât fit in the washer, split them into additional loads and document the process.
â ď¸Please be sure to take photos before leaving. This step is important and helps ensure you qualify for any applicable additional compensation. If you choose to continue with an overstuffed order, please note that additional compensation is not guaranteed.
