If you encounter:
- Overstuffed bags (bulging or spilling out) 
- Unapproved bags (open baskets, trash bags bigger than 13-gallon, etc.) 
You may reject the order â but only after taking these steps:
- Take photos of the issue 
- Contact Support before leaving the location 
- Wait at least 10 minutes to give the member a chance to respond 
If Support approves the rejection, youâll receive the appropriate rejection fee.
â ď¸ If you leave without photos, you wonât qualify for compensation. If you continue the order despite overstuffing, you must process it without guaranteed extra pay.
