What do I do if a member requests hanging items?

Instructions for handling hanging items, including packaging and presentation.

Some members may request specific items to be returned on hangers. You’ll see these instructions in the app.

Follow these steps:

  1. Review the member’s notes to identify which items should be hung

  2. Use the member’s provided hangers (they’ll be in the bag)

  3. Cover hanging items using a clean, unscented 13-gallon kitchen bag to protect them during delivery

  4. Fold the rest of the laundry as usual
