Why Language Support Matters
Wavo Health understands that clinicians work in diverse environments, often serving patients who speak different languages. Wavo currently supports the following languages:
English
Spanish
French
More languages are coming soon to further expand Wavo’s global reach—stay tuned for updates in our Release Notes!
How to Change the Language in Wavo Health
Switching languages in Wavo Health is quick and easy. Follow these steps to set your preferred language:
Step 1: Access Your Profile
Log In: Sign in to your Wavo Health account at https://secure.wavo.health/en/sign-in.
Go to Your Profile: Click on your profile name (e.g., “Emma Smith’s Wavo”) in the top left corner of the dashboard. This opens a dropdown menu.
Step 2: Open Settings
Select Settings: In the dropdown menu, click “Settings” to access your account preferences. This will open the settings window.
Step 3: Change the Language
Find the Language Option: In the settings window, look for the “Language” section (currently labeled as “English” by default).
Select Your Language: Click the dropdown menu next to “Language” and choose either “English” or “Spanish.” For example, selecting “Spanish” will change the entire interface to Spanish.
Apply the Change: The change takes effect immediately—no need to save or restart. The whole interface, including menus, buttons, and transcription features, will now display in your chosen language.
Step 4: Experience Wavo in Your Language
Interface Update: All text in the Wavo interface (e.g., dashboard labels, buttons like “Create a Clinical Note,” settings options) will now appear in the selected language.
Transcription and Note: Wavo’s AI will transcribe and process conversations in the chosen language, ensuring accurate clinical notes and summaries.
More Languages Coming Soon
Wavo Health is committed to supporting a global community of healthcare providers. While English and Spanish are currently available, we’re working on adding more languages to the platform. Keep an eye on our Release Notes for announcements about new language support.
