When your credits are too low, you may not be able to run credit-consuming AI tasks until you have more credits available.
This can affect tasks such as:
AI Clipping, Game Clipping, and Find Moments
Video Summary
Transcript or subtitle generation
AI Video generation
Editor generation tools such as AI Hook, AI B-roll, AI Thumbnail, subtitle translation, Speech Enhance, AI Emoji, AI Music, or AI Sound Effect
What you can still do
Running out of credits does not automatically delete your videos, projects, or clips.
You can still:
Open your workspace
Review existing videos, projects, and clips
Download files that are still available
Use basic manual edits that do not require credits, such as trim, manual reframe, text overlays, and non-generated elements
Your files still follow your plan’s storage and retention limits.

Monthly reset and rollover
Paid plan credits reset every month based on your billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month.
Free credits are one-time signup credits. They do not renew monthly.
Failed tasks
If a task fails and does not deliver a completed result, the credits or usage allowance used by that task are returned.
For AI video generation, this means usage is returned if you do not receive a completed generated video that you can view. For other individual AI features, credits are returned when that feature fails.

A Pack upgrade increases your monthly credits. Other plan benefits stay the same. Future renewals will use the upgraded Pack unless you change or cancel before the next renewal.
