Check in is usually from 5pm and usually closes around 8-10pm.
The key collection time and location will be shown on your accommodation eTicket.
If you are travelling by coach or transfer and you arrive before this time, you'll be notified if keys are available any earlier. If you are due to arrive after this time, it would be useful to check if any of your roommates have already arrived in resort, as they may already have your room keys and you can head straight to your room.
If you are arriving late at night, via coach or transfer, and you are the first to arrive for your room, the reception desk or a rep will still have your key as we'll be aware of your arrival time, and we will be able to get this key to you on arrival.
If you are making your own way to resort, please check in with your roommates first, and ask to speak to a member of the team if you still need access to your room if you are the first to arrive. If this is before 5pm, you'll be asked to wait until they are ready. Once they are ready a rep will meet you or you'll be asked to go to the reception desk to collect your keys.
