You will receive an email from NUCO within 14 working days of your return home with a breakdown of any charges that may have been applied to your booking as well as information on how your damage deposit refund will be processed.

We aim to have the refund processed and credited within 7 - 14 working days. Please note - during busy peak season, and towards the end of season, our team will be working as quickly as possible to refund damage deposits. We cannot guarantee this will be within the 14 day period, and will be as soon as possible thereafter.
