If the outstanding balance on your booking is a minus, this means you are due a refund.
To claim your refund please submit your bank account details here by selecting your initials top right of the screen, selecting EDIT PROFILE and then scrolling down to the bank details section. If you have an Irish or International bank account please make sure you submit your details on the International banking section completing details such as your IBAN, BIC/SWIFT number, bank name and bank address.
When payments are made on your booking these go through a secure payment system called Stripe, this means NUCO have no access to your card information and as such any refunds will be processed as a bank transfer. This means your card information is safe.
Refunds can take up to 7 - 14 working days for a UK bank account and 10 - 14 working days for an International bank account, to fully process through our system and bank before crediting your nominated bank account, when your refund has processed, the bank account details submitted will be deleted.
