If you have confirmed a booking and need to cancel, you can process your booking cancellation online through your online NUCO account and booking.
Please log into your account HERE, view the booking you need to cancel, scroll to the bottom of the page and click cancel. You will be advised of the cancellation fee at this point and will need to confirm cancellation for this to be processed. Once cancelled, you will receive a cancellation email and invoice. This email acts as official documentation, so please keep it for your records.
Alternatively, please email info@nucotravel.com with your booking reference and request to cancel.
The cancellation charges for booking refs beginning 'NUCO-' are as follows:
57+ days before: Loss of deposit
56-29 days: 60% of total cost
28-15 days: 80% of total cost
14 days or less: 100% of total cost
Depending on your reason for cancelling your booking, we would recommend looking at processing a name change; this is where you can transfer your booking over to someone else. Please find more information on name changes HERE.
We would also always suggest looking at your travel insurance to see if the reason for your cancellation is covered by your travel insurance provider. You would only be able to make a claim for cancellation if you cancel your booking, this would not be applicable if you process a name change and transfer your booking to someone else.
If a cancellation is processed, it’s important to retain the email confirmation you receive as proof of the cancellation for any claims or verifications.
