Cancelling a booking

How to cancel your holiday and what the cancellation fees are

If you have confirmed a booking and need to cancel, please email info@nucotravel.com with your booking reference and request to cancel.

The cancellation charges for booking refs beginning 'NUCO-' are as follows:

57+ days before: Loss of deposit

56-29 days: 60% of total cost

28-15 days: 80% of total cost

14 days or less: 100% of total cost

For booking refs beginning "NUCO-". If you notify us 57 days or more before travelling, the cancellation fee would be the deposit paid. If you notify us between 29 - 56 days before departure, the cancellation fee would be 60% of the trip cost. If you notify us 15 - 28 days before departure, the cancellation fee would be 80% of the trip cost. If you notify us 14 days or less before departure, the cancellation fee would be 100% of the trip cost.

Depending on your reason for cancelling your booking we would recommend looking at other options available to you. Firstly, a name change; this is where you can transfer your booking over to someone else.  The other option would be to look at your travel insurance to see if the reason for your cancellation is covered by your travel insurance provider.
