How to make a payment on your booking

If you have a confirmed booking and you are wanting to make a payment this can be done online through your NUCO account and booking. Log in to your NUCO account here to make a payment.ย 

All booking options must be selected prior to making your final balance payment. Once logged into your booking, please go to view booking to open your booking, and select make payment.

If there are options you have not answered that are required options, you won't see a make payment button. You will be shown the below pop-up under your booking summary.

You will be able to click on the pink 'complete these' or Manage Booking at the bottom of the page to select your required options to proceed to making a payment.

After the payment deadline for your trip has passed, you will only be able to select unanswered required booking options, but you will no longer be able to edit your booking.

If you are still having issues making payment, please send a message through our chat feature or email info@nucotravel.com and our customer service team will be able to assist.

All payments must be made online through your booking and must be made by credit or debit card, card charges do not apply.ย 

We do not accept payments by cheque, cash or by bank transfer. When making a payment you will be directed to a secure payment system, Stripe.
