The NUCO Travel insurance policies are taken out with a third-party provider called Tigon which is a trading name of ROCK Insurance.
There are two types of claims you may need to raise, a Medical Emergency Claim, and everything else.
If you need to make any form of claim AXA will be the claims team you will deal with.

In the event of a serious illness or accident which may lead to in-patient hospital treatment please ensure you or someone acting on your behalf contact the Emergency Assistance Service as soon as possible. The service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for advice, assistance, making arrangements for hospital admission, repatriation and authorisation of medical expenses.

Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00. Alternatively, complete a claim online here. Please select the country of residence (this will be the UK) then select NUCO Travel from the brand option and then select the type of claim you are making a claim for, then complete the rest of the form.
