Throughout conversations with owners, unanswered or response awaiting messages can be marked with a star to keep in track.

1. Click the star mark below the message from owner. It will turn yellow.

2. You can check the number of messages with a star mark on which owner and which topic.

※ Click the same star mark to remove the marking.

3. To search for starred messages from the past record, click the star mark on the upper right.

Starred messages will be listed below. Click open and you will be directed to the message.
