If you have groups of users that you want to update in one go, you can use the mass update feature on WebCargo. In order to use this, go to Settings, then Users, then select Mass update from the drop-down menu.

There are 3 different pencil and paper symbols which represent different ways in which you can update users.

The first is General Information. Click here to assign branches, local charge profiles, assign IATA codes and activate eBookings for all users in your company that are registered on WebCargo.

The second is Privileges. Here you can manage which tools all users have access to. Bear in mind that the tools shown will differ from pack to pack.

The third and final icon is used for assigning Default values. Here you can update all of your users and set things like default airports, default currency, default airlines and more.

Click Save whenever you have made any changes. You should be shown a message stating Details updated correctly.
