How to get set up with each airline

Not seeing rates from an airline you think you should be? You may need to register with them first. Find out the requirements of each.

If you are searching for live rates on WebCargo and aren’t seeing some you think you should be, it may be because you have not registered with that airline.

Most airlines require you to create an account with them beforehand in order to see rates on WebCargo.

Find out in this article what you need to do to get set up to start seeing rates from each airline.

Above Air

Above Air is currently only available for clients in South Africa. If you are in South Africa, you need to first register with WebCargo wallet. Please email neil@freightos.com to get set up.

Aer Lingus

Register with IAG. Click here to start the registration process.

Air Canada Cargo

Register with Air Canada Cargo and create an account by clicking here.

Air France/KLM

Register with your local office for AF/KLM. Click here to register.


American Airlines Cargo

Please contact the American Airlines Cargo local office to finalize the registration process by clicking here.

ANA Cargo

Please contact the local office to register.

British Airways

Register with IAG. Click here to start the registration process.

Caribbean Airlines Cargo

You need to be registered with Caribbean Airlines Cargo beforehand. To reach out to your local office, click here.

Condor

Delta Cargo

Register on the Delta website by clicking here.

EL AL

Emirates SkyCargo

Please contact the local office to finalise the registration process.

Etihad Airways

Contact the local office or register on Etihad website through this link.

FedEx

Please contact the Fedex local office to finalize the registration process.

Finnair

Please reach out to your local office in order to register. Click here to find your local office.

Iberia Cargo

Register with IAG. Click here to start the registration process.

ITA Airways Cargo

LATAM Cargo

Register with LATAM Cargo by clicking here.

Lufthansa

You will need a CBD number in the system in order to see rates from Lufthansa. We will then test it to make sure it works properly. If successful we will reach out to you to let you know that you can now book with Lufthansa.

Nippon Cargo Airlines

Qatar Airways Cargo

SAS

Register with your local SAS office. Click here to start your registration.

Sun Class

Widerøe

Register with Widerøe by clicking here to speak to a member of Widerøe to get set up.

Bear in mind not all airlines are activated for some countries. In order to find out which are activated for your country, read this article.

If an airline says it is available in your country but you’re not seeing rates after making a search using the New eBooking button, please send us an email at ebooking.support@freightos.com. Some airlines may request country offices to contact them in order to activate eBookings after a rollout.
