With WebCargo’s AWB stock feature, the need to enter AWB numbers manually when finalising the eBooking is completely removed. You can add all of your stock from airlines directly to the platform and use it when securing your eBooking making the process smoother, quicker and meaning less errors.

Or continue reading the below article.
1. Contact the airline for AWBs
To get hold of AWB stock, make sure to contact the airline first for the AWB numbers, with the amount you want. The airline will then generate and assign them to you, which they will confirm.
2. Adding your AWB stock
Once you have your AWB stock, you’ll need to add it to your WebCargo Rate & Quote Air account. First navigate to Tools then click on the sub tab AWB’s.
From this screen, you’ll be able to view all of the current stock if you have it. In order to add the stock received from the airline, click on the plus symbol.
Next fill in the information for the AWB stock by adding the airline name, the initial AWB number and the quantity of AWBs given by the airline. Then click ‘Add.’ If you have entered them correctly, you will see them automatically added to the list of AWB stock.
Tip: If the AWBs are sequential, you only need to add the initial one as well as the quantity. WebCargo’s calculation system will automatically generate the other AWBs following these calculation rules.
3. Using your AWB stock when booking
Follow the normal eBooking procedure until you get to the review and book page.
After you have selected your eBooking and are following the checkout process, you have the option to use AWB stock as an AWB option. If you have AWB stock added to your WebCargo account, you will have the option to select the following box when finalising your shipment.
The AWB stock number will not show when this option is selected, but after your eBooking is confirmed you’ll be able to find the AWB number used under My eBookings.
Important: The Use from AWB stock option will only appear if you have available stock for the selected airline.
4. Managing your AWB stock
After you've completed your eBooking with the stock feature, you'll see from the stock counter under Tools and then AWBs that the stock number has decreased.
If you have used stock that you previously uploaded on WebCargo on an external platform or an airline website, you will need to remove it manually as the list will not automatically update under these circumstances.
In order to remove it, go back to the Tools tab and then select AWBs. Find the corresponding number from the list that you used for the shipment. Click on the red rubbish can symbol. A box will appear asking if you’re sure you want to remove it. Click "Accept."
The used AWB will then be removed from the list.
