How to add offices for global accounts

If you have access to the Global tab you can add offices so that they are visible on your account and when using the airport maps tool.

If you are a multinational or global account holder, you may have offices in specific countries you want to show within your account.

Using the Offices tool within your Global account, you can flag all of your offices visible on the map when using the Airport Maps tool. You can also specify the complete address of the office to have it readily available within your account and flag agent locations. Find out in this article how to use this tool.

To navigate to the Offices section, click on the Global tab and then select the Offices sub-tab.

By default, the Country list will be selected as Select one which will give you a complete list of all of the offices currently available for each country. Bear in mind that the countries in this list will be the ones that you have set up with your account manager.

By selecting the specific country from the dropdown and clicking Search, you’ll be able to see the offices which correspond to said country.

How to add a new office

To add a single new office manually, click on the plus symbol. A form will appear with various different fields so you can enter the complete address of your office.

A direct API connection to Google Maps helps you visualise the address you're adding. Within the form, you can enter the name of the office, the full address, and specify whether this office location is an agent.

As you’re entering more information the map will update to show you the exact location based on what you’re entering. The Latitude and Longitude sections will also update based on the information you have entered.

Once you’ve entered all of your office details, click Save. This new office will now be added to your list of offices. When using the Airport maps tool, you’ll be able to see your offices which will be easily identifiable by either a green pinpoint icon or by a photo of your choice if you have uploaded one.

How to add an image for your offices

You can add a personalised thumbnail image as an indicator for your offices. This will be visible when using the Airport Maps tool. In order to do this under the Global tab and then click on Offices. To the right-hand side, you’ll see an icon which, when hovering over, will show Upload an image for the map.

Click the icon and you’ll be able to choose an image from the map from the device you’re using.

Once you’ve found the file you want to upload for your office, click Import. Please bear in mind that once clicking Import you’ll need to wait for up to 24 hours for the image to come into effect.

Important: you can only have one image for all of your offices.
