There’ll be times when you want to have a specific set of terms and conditions to apply to your quote to apply to certain clients so you're not entering them manually every time.

Find out how you can create terms and conditions within this article, or by watching this short video.

First of all, head to the Settings tab, then click on the Conditions sub-tab, then select Templates.

Click on the + symbol to add a new template and a pop-up will appear where you can add the name of your template. Choose an easily identifiable name so you can find this later, then click Save. The new template name will be added to your list of templates.

Next head to the dropdown Conditions again and select Texts from the dropdown.

Click on the + symbol to add new text for your conditions. Select the conditions that should be applied when the template is selected, such as the language, the traffic (export/import), the airport it applies to, and then select the Template you created earlier from the template dropdown.

Enter the copy for your template, then click Add. This template will now show up on the list and will be ready to use when creating a quote.

In order to use this template, follow the normal quote creation process. When you’re adding your quote information, you’ll see that towards the bottom you have a dropdown called Templates. Click on this and you’ll be able to choose your newly created template.
