You can use the tools available on WebCargo to make sure you're seeing the most relevant results for your shipment. Choose to sort your results by price, duration and date, then add filters to make sure you're only seeing rates for specific airlines, services and aircraft types.

Using the sort by tool

You can sort your results by Airline's best price and departure date, Price range and Duration range, Departure date/Arrival date or departure date/departure time. Clicking on any of these options will change how the results are displayed.

Select whether you want to see the price in each rate card in the search results as only the Rate per KG, only the Total price, or ‘Both’ to view rate per KG and the total price. Notice that when you click on any of these options, the information within the rate card updates automatically.

Rate/kg

Shows the price per kilogram within the rate card.

Total

Shows the total price within the rate card.

Both

Shows both the total price and the price per kilogram within the rate card.

How to add filters to your rate results

There are smart filters to help you narrow down your results even more. Add filters to show results from a specific company, a specific service offered by the available airlines, the specific itinerary or whether you want direct flights or stopovers, the aircraft type, and the price and duration range.

Company

Depending on the results available, you can select to see results from specific airlines. Bear in mind that you will only see the airlines that have available routes for the information entered in the original search. Toggle on Select all companies to show all available options.

Service

Click on the service option to select which type you want to see, these are usually Standard and Express.

Itinerary

The itinerary filter will allow you to see direct flights or flights with stopovers or both. If you are shipping to a city with multiple airports, and you have not specified the airport, you can also filter to see results from a specific one. Selecting a specific airport will remove results from other airports originally in the search results and will only show results for that selected.

Aircraft

The Aircraft filter will help you to choose all aircraft available including passenger only, freight only or both.

Range

And finally, you can use the range filter to choose your preferred ranges for Rate/kg, Total price, Journey duration and Departure time. Click on the round slider and move it backwards or forwards to set the minimum and maximum ranges to suit your request.

Depending on which filters you choose, you will notice that the search results and rate cards will organize themselves automatically to show you the results that best suit your needs.
