By this point, you have searched for rates using the search tool. Upon clicking on the Search and book button, you will be directed to the results page where you will find the cargo shipping options.

This page displays information on different available airlines, departure times, filtering options, and more. It shows dynamic rates in the Matrix as well as Contract rates which are found lower down the page.

If no dynamic rates are available, it will show contract rates only. Here's a breakdown of what is shown:

Search Summary

At the top of the page, there is a summary of the search details. Information can be modified by clicking on "Change search" located at the top right-hand side, which returns the user to the search page.

Filters

These enable the user to narrow their search based on the following options:

  • Airline

  • Service (standard or express)

  • Itinerary (direct or indirect flights)

  • Aircraft

  • Surcharges

  • Range

Users also have the option of displaying the results according to:

  • Best Value

  • Cheapest

  • Quickest

  • Greenest

Quote Cards

In the Matrix, the user will see the available shipping options for their shipment presented as Quote Cards.

Within each Card, they’ll see the origin and destination of the shipment, departure and arrival times, flight duration, rate per KG, and total price. Some Cards will have special tags such as 'cheapest', 'fastest', etc.

By clicking on a rate Card, the user can access a more detailed breakdown of the selected option, as well as other available alternatives. This allows the user to view the specifics of the chosen flight, including a detailed list of all applicable fees.
