Here we will go through how you set up the new contact card in webCRM. If you haven't already read it, you can also take a look at the introduction to the new layout, where we go through the functionality and different tabs.
If you want to edit the setup, you have to click on Actions and then Edit setup.
You can now set up the two tabs Fields and Details. Here it is not possible to add more tabs or change the order of the tabs
The first tab you can set up is Fields. It works with drag'n drop like you know from the other entities.
Here you cannot add entity lists but only boxes with fields. In order to add more fields in a box you click on the pencil in the corner, then "+ Add field" and then you choose the fields you would like to add. Then you press Add.
On the second tab you can set up Details. On this tab you can add the different entity lists that are related to the person. Setting up the lists works in the same way as setting them up on the front page.
Like the other tabs this one is also set up with drag'n drop.
It is not possible to show fields on the Details tab!
When you save the setup, you can choose whether you want to save just for yourself or for all users.
