Your bank may confirm the payment straight away, but Webot only credits the deposit once the payment network has settled and confirmed it to us. Until that happens, your order stays pending. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays, so a deposit made on a Friday or before a holiday will take longer to settle.

After your deposit is credited
Being credited and being withdrawable are two different things. Once the deposit arrives you can trade with it immediately, but there is a separate holding period before you can withdraw that amount as USD or crypto. See Why is a Portion of my Assets Unavailable/Unable to be Withdrawn?
If it has been longer than expected
If your order is still pending well past the timeframe above, please contact Webot Support with your order ID. Some deposits are placed under additional review, which extends the wait beyond the normal settlement window — our team can confirm whether that applies to your order.
